Adventure Time Booklet coming soon!

Adventure Time Booklet for parents coming soon in May 2018!

‘I pray that you and all God’s holy people will have the power to understand the greatness of Christ’s love—how wide and how long and how high and how deep that love is.’ Ephesians 3:18 (New Century Version, The Bible)

The love of Jesus is vast: high, wide, deep, long…

There’s so much to explore and discover.

Adventure Times are a way of helping your child and yourself begin to go on adventures into this love, into the realm of Jesus, to see, hear and sense what’s in his world & his heart for us.

‘But God is so rich in mercy, and he loved us so much, that even though we were dead because of our sins, he gave us life when he raised Christ from the dead. (It is only by God’s grace that you have been saved!) For he raised us from the dead along with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms because we are united with Christ Jesus.’ Ephesians 2:4-6 (New Living Translation, The Bible)

What are Adventure Times? What’s the heart behind them? What difference will it make? How can I get started?

Here’s a taster from the booklet:

What is an Adventure Time?
An Adventure Time is a soaking time in God’s presence, where the Holy Spirit is like our tour guide showing us heavenly places, the Father and Jesus, using our imaginations.
God created our imagination. We can use it for good; for example by being creative, believing God’s truth and dwelling on good things or we can use it for bad; for example by worrying about the future negatively or imagining awful things happening.
I believe God wants to sanctify our imagination; for it to be renewed and restored to be used for his glory and our benefit. None of us want our children to grow up being afraid and anxious but to be confident, empowered and equipped by God. An Adventure Time enables your child to do this, growing closer to Jesus each day.

Go on an adventure of discovery with Jesus everyday…
