So now you are not a slave; you are God’s child, and God will give you the blessing he promised, because you are his child.
Galatians 4:7 NCV
in Christ, [God] chose us before the world was made so that we would be his holy people—people without blame before him.
Ephesians 1:4 NCV
Look in a mirror. What do you see?
Be curious: What do you like about yourself? Is there anything you don’t like about yourself?
Think: The bible says you are chosen, loved and God’s precious child. What else has Father God, Jesus or the Holy Spirit said about you?
Speak these truths over yourself as you look in the mirror. How do you feel?
Write or draw a truth as an encouragement for yourself and decorate it. Stick it up on your mirror. Could you write one for someone else and leave it where it will be seen?
Practice: Keep speaking God’s truth over yourself each time you look in a mirror! His truth will change the way you think, feel and live!
